Almost 40 years ago, Zingametall developed the ZINGA film galvanising system with the help of the University of Gent and Umicore (Everzinc): the ‘missing link’ in the chain of anticorrosion protection and repair of steel, as reliable and efficient as hot-dip galvanisation or hot-spray metallisation but without restrictions in use and with unique recharging / reloading capacities.
ZINGA ( 99.995% pure zinc) is a one-component coating and offers an active galvanic protection with the same protecting capacity comparable to HDG (HOT DIP galvanisation), applicable on-site or in a workshop, by brush, roller or spray equipment.
